Default Royal marines unknow maker

Someone know this markings? There is no name...just a dagger and a motto...thanks for your help

59 is the number of the oldest Commando engineer squadron, now part of 24 Commando Engineer Regiment. They wear the commando green beret (with the RE cap badge) and my guess is that this beret may have been made for them.

I also assumed the 59 was the metric size.

Not a maker I remember seeing before
