Question Frontiersmen query

I have a small collection of Frontiersmen badges including some Imperial Frontiersmen items such as two distinctly different cap badges with Victorian crowns and sliders, whilst searching online I found out that this units title was changed from Frontiersmen to Imperial Frontiersmen in 1940.

Could anyone who knows about these type of units confirm this?

The bronze badge with "LF" in a wreath I think is Legion of Frontiersmen, but again can anyone confirm this?

Thanks for looking Rob

Nice looking badges, Rob. thanks for sharing.
There is a similar LF in laurels badge in this discussion, Post 142, in this link:

Cool Frontiersmen badges

Thanks for the reply John, these all came together from an old collection, some great items among them when I bought them.

Greetings Rob.

I suspect I know more in relation to nuclear fission than I do of this particular topic.

So can't assist with any information other than to say, very nice badges.

Regards.

Brian
