At least the question - what on the pic is black and what is dark green ?
The pair of shoulder boards with white piping - enlisted men Infantry Wehrmacht The silver-grey chevron - Gefreiter Wehrmacht Heer The chevrons with two red stripes - "old fighter" Alter Kämpfer NSDAP, for field grey and brown party uniform The collar badge - black ? SS / Waffen-SS enlisted men The twisted shoulder boards may be an official, could be older from the imperial period, may be forestry or something ...... Pick and spade .... i dont know, may be early labour service "Reichsarbeitsdienst".... Kind regards Markus |

The twisted silver and green could be police, the quality of the bullion wire suggests they are probably Imperial period.

Also the black collar patch is not Waffen SS, it is NSKK. Pre 1939 it would have been the rank of NSKK-Mann, post 1939 it was NSKK-Sturmmann.
