HI are these military please any idea of period ( tried Google nothing helpful )

Civvie I think.
Don't know much about them but been in use for a long time and still used I think. Quality not so good these days so I think these are a bit older.

Standard issue for civilian registered nursing sisters. Worn from c 1950 and still currently worn. Early badges were in hallmarked silver with lugs and blue enamel.

Your look like 1980's to current issue with clutch pinback and blue lucite coating.

Just for accuracy , the Maroon epaulettes and Council badge were worn by a Registered General Nurse. Other registered nursing specialities each wore different coloured epaulettes.
