Oxford University O.T.C.?
I have just purchased a small group of photographs of what appears to be members of the Oxford University O.T.C. on a summer camp. The generic Oxford University O.T.C. cap badge is very similar in profile to the Cambridge University cap badge but, only the Oxford University have cap badge variations for Cavalry, Artillery, Engineers, Signals and Infantry.
In these photographs where a variety of O.T.C. cap badges are shown, the generic Oxford University cap badge is shown along with the Engineers variant (K&K 2476) None of the shoulder titles are distinct enough to be read but the top word is short enough to be Oxford. There appear to be two Royal Engineer instructors present. Your thoughts are welcome |
