Sorry my issues only go back to Jan 98 (issue 189) - I wish I had more.

Dragonz,

Sorry I cannot help but the MHS do sell back numbers, I bought some myself recently to get hold of some articles on CCF tiltles.

Might be worth contacting them.

P.B.

Is the 'Formation Sign' a part of the UK MHS's journal ?

Steve,
I have just brought a full run of MHS - 1-147 (via an ad in the latest issue).
I will locate and check for you and get back in 10 mins or so.

Steve,
Obviously I have the wrong journal (i.e. MHS), as there is nothing in the 134 issue about RND - Royal NZ Chaplains Dept, yes. Sorry mate.

Thanks for the efforts David,
have checked again, and it's a separate organisation/journal, it seems.
Cheers!

Steve,
Vol10, No37 - Badges RND & RNAS - 1914-18 - page 8
Vol44, p128 - Badge RND - RND at Blandford
Vol44, p55 - Drake Bn ST worn as CapB
There are a few more references, but as you may be aware, the MHS indexing system leaves a lot to be desired when trying to track down specific articles about a specific subject. I have been trying to work on my own indexing system version using a PC and MS Access so that searches can be made a lot easier. Work in progress - as they say.....
