Default Thoughts please

For those that have been helpful in my threads over the last couple of days many thanks.
I have taken advice onboard and hopefully found some good ones for what i'm after.
Thoughts would be appreciated.

I cannot help but believe there must still be many extant No4 Wound stripes around, although given the prices not only being sought, but, actually paid these days, it certainly does make you wonder!

It's been said many times on here, 'judge a badge on its own merits, not the merits of the seller'. I tend to agree with that, but I must admit that I personally would be very circumspect if buying a 'genuine' badge from the seller that uses either bubblewrap or what looks like a ball of blue and green wool as a background to his badges on eBay.

Having said that I don't collect to the MGC so cannot judge it either way.

Wound Stripes are original and fairly ubiquitous. As Frank said prices for WS are creeping up or so it seems to me.

I am sure I saw one recently being listed for £40! Does not mean it will sell for that though.

I think, from memory, a huge £49.99 was the best I've seen!
