Button ID help!

Hello,
I am new to this site. I have a great button (my favourite) but can't find a thing about it. The initials are R.A.R.E (try looking that up and all that comes back is 'rare' button, haha). It is a QVC and and 1 1/16" across. The crown has a black painted cross in the centre. Made by Firmin & Sons LD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
