Default WW2 Gurkha / Nepalese Badges

Can anyone help identify these Nepalese badges- the only one I know is the one with the 3 kukris is the Mahindra Dal Battalion which fought alongside the British against the Japanese in Burma as part of Slim's 14th Army. I'm pretty confident it's of WW2 vintage - the other 3 are something of a mystery - any help gratefully received. Tim
