Info these para wings

Gents, not my area of expertise. Recent pick in a group of bits and pieces are these wings. Appear to have been stitched on to uniform and removed, also appear to be very dirty.

Any suggestions on origin, etc most welcome.

Hi Bess,

Sorry to say these are poor reproductions made to look like Indian Wartime wings. I suspect if you look under the black backing there would be a mess of thick thread. The dirt applied to front is to give the appearance of age.

The shape and poor quality is also not of the quality of originals Bess.
