The badge looks fine.
There is also a smaller type, with finer details, that is found in both silver or brass. I have also seen examples of the badge illustrated in an unfinished state. With the casting flashing and no lugs. Keith

Are there any ILRS fakes? And if so what do they look like? There are a couple of similar but not identical badges in the Sir John Chappell collection shown on the NAM website. Would you have a picture of the one in Len Whittaker’s collection but not shown in STOPA?
