Default australian signals gallipoli ephemera

hi all
going through a mates bits and pieces and came across this.
looks genuine with original signatures.
pretty cool knowing these guys assisted in founding the corps

BC, I received the document before Anzac Day but have not been to the sigs museum till today. Thanks for your kind donation, the small document is now safely with the museum where items like this belong.
