Default Unknown pair of collars
Hi all

I have been offered the following collars and wondered if anyone has any idea what the pair in the top right hand corner are. Any assistance greatly recieved.

The pair on the top right are the Coat of Arms of Wolverhampton. They were used by the Wolverhampton Transport (Buses) Dept.
