A very nice looking badge, what kind of size is it?

Regards

Phil,

The point of having the ruler in the picture was to give an idea of the size.

Regards

Peter

Default HAC Badge

Somewhere at the back of my mind there is a thought which associates this badge with one of the branches of the Sports Club of the HAC........probably quite wrong there, but I will enjoy finding out what it is, and will report back in due course.
Well done Peter, in spotting a good one, and many thanks.

Default HAC Badge

I now have some info on that badge. Probably worn as a blazer badge by one of the sporting elements of the HAC - possibly the cricket team.

Default HAC Badge

In an earlier post I said this is a badge I would very much like to own, well, I now do own it, and am delighted to be able to use it as my new avatar.
Thanks Peter, much obliged.

Default HAC Badge

I am still awaiting confirmation of when the badge was worn and by whom in the HAC, meanwhile have a look at the attached picture of a WW2 pennant, with such a badge in its centre.
Edited to add: Transport Sections were attached to 11th, 12, 13th HAC Regiments RHA during WW2, and were not a separate entity.

Hi John,

Could your badge possibly be one of those thats removed from the pennant?

Phil
