got this white metal badge screw back badge.it measures 5 x 4mm and is marked aksel holmsen of oslo,so itake its from norway but is military or civil

I think its post war Norwegian Army, O is for Olav 5th I think but not sure, The wartime one has an H and a 7 from memory. kev
