Which VTC is this?

Having a bit of trouble ID-ing this unit:

The cap badge could be one of a number of VTC badges, but I cannot nail the shoulder title. It appears to begin with an 'S' and end with 'RV', but there also seems to be another letter after the 'S', but I could be mistaken:

I believe you could be right. The more I look at it, the more it looks like 'SLRV'.
