Default Four officers

I am looking to find any information on the four officers whose names are below.

Possible connections with the Royal Engineers during WWII.

Lt. J.A. Davies
Lt. W.D. Horniman
Major William Jones
Major H.I. Mathews

Thanks for looking.

Rob

From IWM about Lieutenant Colonel W D Horniman:

Quote:
service as a regular officer in the Royal Corps of Signals, comprising: five volumes of ms diaries for the period 1924 - 1949, covering his training at Catterick and Aldershot before being posted to India in 1928, with interesting comments on his daily routines and army life in India during the 1920s and early 1930s and on the political developments in that country,
