Thank you for allowing me to be a member of your forum.
Little bit about myself, I’m from South Wales and started my cap badge collecting, and ending my collecting well before I had my first computer in 2000.
I started collected them because I wanted every regiment of the line in 1914, which I did and still have them displayed in glass frame wall cabinet, I picked them up from market stalls, militia shops and carboots in Wales and England, whilst doing this, I would pick up other cap badges that I took a liking to, in fact I had a leather belt in the 60s with them on.

All my photos are taken from my phone camera, and I’m no expert on photography.

If I ask too many questions try to be patient with me, I’m not a trouble maker, it’s just my way of learning.

Regards
Gerwyn

Welcome Gerwyn, This is a good place to learn because the knowledge of the members is unequaled in my opinion.

One of the first things I did when I joined was to start looking through the Albums, and there are a lot of them, but I learned a lot by doing that. And of course really spent time on those that had badges in my areas of collecting... and I still do!

Thank you Bill for your kind welcome.

Kind regards
Gerwyn

PS, I'm trying to get my head around on how to post a picture, that's in my pictures, I normally click on Insert Image, which takes into my pictures, find the picture, double click and it comes up in my post.
