Gents, attached an example of an MTP blanking patch, with the badge embroideewd directly on to it. The only other similar type of thing Ive seen is the medics badge (red cross on white disc)
Has anyone else seen this practice? Or is this a 'funny' to be disregarded? Bess |

Here is one I have - definitely ‘funny’. RAMC TRF colours in wrong order!

Here is Merseyside ACF posted by OC14 with the comment “interestingly this badge is embroidered into the blanking plate rather than sewn onto the blanking plate. I was informed that these are embroidered directly into the blanking plate by a local lady who has a tailoring/alterations shop at a cost of £5 each.”

very unofficial and easily done with a quality sewing machine. Not a Regular Army practice.
