16th (Queen's) Lancers S/T

I found this recently (Thetford fair). 16th (Queens) Lancers shoulder title oxidised sheet brass (see striations on photo) and the fixings have dropped out. The loops were attached to the title via pins (the same as 21st Hussars). My estimation of date for this title is ~1897 because of the loop type.
