Yes, it could Phil. Someone posted the slip-on somewhere (there are so many Fora and FB pages now, it is difficult to remember what is where), with that label on it. But, it didn't have the metal PM on the slip-on.

I think that the PM is for Prime Minister, someone who was aide de camp to the PM, the metal cyphers are usually seen on DEU epaulets.

Default CADPAT Title

Does the metal PM belong on this CADPAT slip-on? Has the PM ever visited Bosnia, especially during the CADPAT era?

The PM title is not an authorized title, at least according to Dress Instructions. Nor are cyphers allowed on operational dress. This doesn't mean it wasn't done. I can't find any references to the PM visiting Bosnia during the CADPAT years. Doesn't mean he wasn't there, I just can't find anything. Perhaps somebody else will have better luck.
