Default VTC Mufti Badges

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have today added another 54 pictures to my VTC Mufti Album; I would welcome you comments and feedback. The latest selection includes items such as the Bethnal Green Tradesmen's RC, and the Hull Golfers VF.

Equally, I would welcome any pictures of badges I don't have. I am trying to compile a list of what's out there, but I suspect I have a very long way to go:

I am thoroughly absorbed by Ray Westlake's series in the Bulletin; basically his notes from the first 2 volumes of the VTC Gazette of the time. He has so far listed 500+ Corps, and he's only up to April 1915. I know of at least another 250 badge (Headdress and Mufti) not yet featured, so that number becomes at least 750. As I said, it's only April 1915, and we haven't had the reorganization into the VF yet, with all the title / badge changes that brought. An ominous thought.

For now, the new badges are the front few pages of the album. Is there an easy way of sorting them to be alphabetical?

Thanks, all. I look forward to your input. With a little luck, K&K VTC and non-K&K VTC albums to be updated within the next few days.

Best regards,

Tim

Tim,

Excellent album.

Attached is a picture of my Aigburth ( Liverpool ) badge.

Years later I still regret not having bid more for the Mossley Hill ( Liverpool ) badge ( which is where I was born and brought up) when one appeared in one of Bosleys auctions. I have never seen another before or since.

P.B.

Great album Tim,

I'm aware of a Chelsea F.C one in existence, probably a production run of less than a hundred I'd have thought?
