106th Hazara Pioneers

Hi,
I recently purchased this pair of shoulder titles in white metal for the 106th Hazara Pioneers.
Could someone please tell me if they were worn by Officers or OR's ?

Ashok's latest book shows them in brass - ww1 period. I suppose both officers and ORs wore them
