Default 4 badges to identify please

Hi Gents,
4 badges to identify please! Top left badge looks like it may have something to do with Jersey? bottom left is the Newcastle coat of arms.
Other 2 badges Indian perhaps.

The Newcastle-upon-Tyne badge was worn pre. 1935 by the City Police, and possibly other Corporation uniformed employees.
