42nd Division?

I am currently sorting my formation signs and I am wondering whether anyone can positively ID these two badges, I thought at first they were varieties of the 42nd Division, however, I am not sure, hence my enquiry.

Smaller badge, blue on red measures 30mm wide x65mm deep

Larger badge, white on red measures 40mm wide x 80mm deep

Thanks for the reply chaps, quite what made me think they were 42nd Division formation signs was a senior moment.
