Default Malawi Police 1964 - 1966

Malawi gained independence 1964 as a Commonwealth Realm, with British Monarch as head of state until 1966 when the country became a republic.

Not sure if the Malawi Police badges with Queens Crown were actually put into usage so if anyone has come across information to confirm please feel free to contact me.

Nice collars and quite hard to find these days. I have over the years only managed to get the cap badge with a KC and the more latest Malawi one. I do believe QC's were used as the Federation used them and I have some army badges with QC's, will try and dig around and see what else I can find out.
Regards
Bill
