W.W. 2 bakelite badges
Hi everyone a quick question did Bakelite (Plastic) economy-issue come in more than one colour for the same regiment?
I have a Hampshire badge and is in Silver & Gold, I also have similar for the Welch Fusiliers one in Silver & Gold also? Was this common or is this peculiar for these particular badges? cheers billy (could there be more like this?? |

Some regts come in bronze or silver effect. Occasionally brown and another.
Some badges were only ever made in one colour while others come in various shades |

the shades do vary quite a bit, and they were not made from Bakelite which is a completely different medium! The main colours (or shades of) where; Silver-grey Light-bronze Chocolate-brown Black Andy |
