Default CIA

Hi, this came in a collection of airforce bits that included some Canadian bits, ops bar, cap badge etc. So I was wondering if this could be Canadian as it has a big C, tenuous I know but I've no idea. Mike

Hello Bill,

I believe it was an organisation promoting aviation within the British Empire.

Kind regards, Malcolm.
