ok badge is cast, it could be india, middle east made, but depends on material and aging etc. If it was properly sand cast the rear would be a lot rougher , so that's not a great sign .also slider is slightly iffy on these.
If its lead based then it may be a POW made example . But yet again you would need to know what to look for with the aging of the metal and where the badge came from.
It is NOT an issue piece . But could be what I have stated above or simply a fake.
As a collector I am no expert , so probably someone more knowledgable than me will offer their input !!
