Default Ww2 Para wings , original?

Am looking for an original for my ww2 para beret, came across this one and would like to know if it looks correct,

Yes genuine and completely contemporary with a WW2 beret.

It's okay from the photographs, don't be tempted to pay too much though, they are not rare.

The voided crown version often sells for circa £65 on eBay. Some dealers will even try and charge over £100 for this type.

As Frank said it’s not that rare to be deserving of such a price tag but you’ve done well to find one at £41 and in all likelihood won’t realistically find another cheaper at least anytime soon.

Take the deal.

Prices have gone ridiculously high for these voided crown badges lately. It was not rare finding them for £25 a couple of years ago. Collecting British Airborne stuff is becoming difficult for an average income.
