I have a button which i believe to be a local volunteer artillery button from circa 1800 and i am finding it quite hard to find information about it, although i believe another was found a few years back in roughly the same condition, it was found by the north coast of cornwall outside hayle.

I did have a look at that site and sent them a picture to see if they wanted to include it.
trouble is that there are many places in cornwall that begin with a p
