Default Black Watch Bullion badge

Picked this Black Watch bullion badge up this morning, have photographed it next to the cap badge, very similar in size.
Is it a blazer badge or something else?
Thanks Tony.

Since it is the same size as the metal badge, could it be an officers Glengarry or beret badge?

Terry

Officers did not wear berets in the BW and only metal badges or red hackles in other headgear.
