Default Foreign Parachute Airborne Badges

Over the years I have accumulated a sizable collection of Foreign parachute badges and signs. Most if not all sit in boxes in an upstairs closet. Thought I would start to post these as time allows. Many are identified however many are not. Hope you enjoy. If anyone has an Id please chime in.
Thanks
Jack

Thailand Basic Para Badge. Likely Vietnam war era manufacture

An Unknown. This came with a group of Dutch badges. Large at 85mm both ways. Possibly a Free Fall or Sports Para club.

Very good. Here are some found in Nepal in 2001 when the Nepalese Army was still Royal. Mike

Very nice, Jack -- I started with collecting foreign para badges, before I went off on a tangent of looking for WW2 badges. The variety of international para badges is pretty amazing. I set the goal of finding at least one badge from every country that had or has airborne forces. Still looking for Tajikistan and Burundi!

Your early Moroccan para badges are very nice, and uncommon.

Cheers,
Donovan

Thanks Donovan, having never set out to collect para badges the number I have accumulated is many.

Obviously WW2 para receives most of the attention but some of the embryonic para force badges used by smaller countries post WW2 are scarce.

Will keep posting as I dig them out.

Jack

Hi Jack,

Thanks for sharing all these badges. This is a really interesting thread. It is quite fascinating to see topics like this shared that I for one have no knowledge of at all,

Some really great pieces.

Cheers,

Roy
