Default ID of German devices

Picked these up at a local junk shop. They appear to be German shoulder board devices? Anyone have a positive identification?

Hi Bill...The little pip like devices are indeed shoulder strap rank pips similar to what we used.The other devices are shoulder strap arm of service devices for the Army Administration branch.Hope this helps,cheers,Mike.
