Default film prop badge?

Can anyone please comment on the cap badge worn by the actress portraying the Princess Elizabeth as an ATS subaltern in the film "A Royal Night Out"?
Badge is highly ornate, in blackened bronze and if my eyes don't fail me, the centrepiece appears to be a horse's head!

A Queen's crown badge, not one I've seen before.
A film prop it must be F2IOA4KIPRGC5E375ERQM4SMNU.jpg

Very nice badge with a St. Edward's Crown, wreath Horse head and possibly 2 crossed swords and matching collar.

The design of the badge may have been inspired by the badge of The Hunter River Lancers and it's predecessors?
The inspiration for the imaginative button design eludes me.

The buttons look like early bronze Bundeswehr. Also a Number two dress shirt and tie, with a WRAC Lanyard.
It is only a film after all.
