Default Military collars or earrings?

This pair came in with all military stuff. Special chaplains/reverends collars or just earrings?
Any suggestions appreciated.
John

Strange indeed! My first thought was that what could be construed as “The Dove of Peace” is taking a bit of a nose dive! Personally I doubt it is of military origin, certainly meant to be worn, but not I think as “ear rings”. D.J.
