Default Badge I.D. Please.

Could anyone please help with a possible date for this war work badge,
Front of badge shows what is possibly a weavers machine needle and some thread, and reads "FINE COTTON SPINNERS & DOUBLERS" along with "VITAL WAR WORK". The reverse reads "FATTORINI & SONS LTD BRADFORD WORKS BIRMINGHAM". The badge is numbered 5617.
Any feedback on this item will be appreciated. Regards Andy.

I suppose it was worn by young male civilians working in cotton factories, so not drafted in the armed forces and wanting to avoid offensive comments?
