Is a good friend I met him nearly 50 years ago when I was very young
Been member of same badge club for years also a good friend I wish him well

I've just been informed that Cedric Heys, proprietor of "Badges of the World" sadly passed away a short time ago whilst at home. He had been ill since July and had slowly deteriorated over a period of time. He came home a couple of weeks ago and it was hoped that he'd turned a corner, but it was not to be.

RIP Cedric.
