Any Ideas???

I was kindly gifted this title by a forum member and I am very grateful for it THANK YOU!!! It is one I have wanted for some time. However, I am not really sure what it is. Although the text looks white in my pictures, it is really a pale blue, or more specifically the title is in RAF colors - light blue on blue-black. It is also a large title being 6 inches long. The back makes me think it is a WW2 title of some sort. It does fit nicely in my medical and nursing interest, but I'd sure like to know what it s for sure.

Does anyone know what it is? None of my searches have turned anything up.

I stand under correction but from what I have found it appears to be a s/t worn by SJAB Cadets post WWII

That may be exactly what it is as I have seen one other SJA patch that had the light blue text and I believe it too was a cadet patch. So, at least for now it's going into my SJA collection. I will pursue it further along those lines as well.
