Smile Help with Identifying a button

I was hoping someone maybe able to help identify these buttons I have IMG_2610 (3).jpg
there are no markings on the back of the buttons

Looks like a commercial fashion button and not military

They are Thames Water 1974 - c1989 when responsibility for navigation on the Thames passed to the National Rivers Authority.
