Rhodesia title ?

Hi Gents,

I have this 'RHODESIA' title (two photos attached). It seems to have some age and appears to my eyes to be authentic (?). Can anyone offer up any suggestions on correct ID, vintage and fair value (if any) ?

That was worn by Rhodesian members of the RAF during WW2!

It's a good shoulder title, worn on tunic's and I think greatcoats too, by members of units like 44 Squadron etc, I would think £30 plus or so, but, they don't grow on trees!
