EPPING FOREST CONSTABLE
One for the Police/Security collectors. I was at a meeting at Epping Forest this week. Epping Forest is owned by the City of London. The Rangers are warranted to the level of a PCSO. They wear white shirt, black tie with City of London Coat of Arms. Kahki trousers. Yellow Hi Vis with Constable on breast pocket

Some of the things you learn on this site are remarkable.
( managed yesterday to finally get a copy of "Badges of Office ", some more "Forces" in that that I had never heard of before. ) PB.

I haven't seen any prison badges in my copy. It deals mostly with police helmet plates.
