I think it may even be the address it was intended to go to if it was originally a postcard,I spent a good portion of last night and some of this evening hunting for Mr Bott of Victoria crescent, having no access to census records (and no books either as im in the middle of a house move) i couldn't even find him listed in the index of staffordshire photographers 1840-1940 ish and nothing online ....Although Bott is quite a common name in Burton and i do have a very tenuous family connection to some,Looks like its going to be one of those revisit projects when ancestry have their next free weekend

James Bott, 124 Victoria Cresent, Horninglow, Burton-upon-Trent - 1901 census.
Railway Clerk age 51. Son Albert Reginald Bott, b.1889.
There is a Albert Reginald Bott b.1889 serving in the RAF 1916, occupation photographer.

Actually, the RAF man above served in the army from May 1916 before transferring to the RFC/RAF early 1918. No place of birth or army details are on his service record. But career before service as a photographer is one heck of a coincidence and a father living at 124 Victoria Crescent having son Albert Reginald.
