2x F.N Border Regiment badges

Two F.N B'HAM Border Regiment badges for comment.
The first has the typical slider found with this makers mark.
The second is the less often come across parallel type with makers mark, this badge is GM, nickel plated.
I think both badges are OK, but would be interested what others may think.

Both are fine, the plated one can often be found almost devoid of any coating and brass looking! I've even seen them offered as WW1 "Economy" badges
