Nice badge.
Yeah that type lug unique imo to Webb. Do think they made much
Dave Butler would be the best to corroborate.
Sturrock I’m assuming was Jim Sturrock. Made some really nice high end Masonic badges etc. and made some trash.
Used to buy directly from him many years ago.

It was worn 1948 to approx early 1960s.
