Unknown Bullion (and other) Australia & New Zealand Slip on Cloth Titles

As the title says, it's pretty obvious that these slip on titles relate to Australia and New Zealand and that the RAAF title relates to the Royal Australian Air Force but can anyone provide any more specific information regarding their age and who wore them. Once identified please be aware that they will be offered for sale.

Hi PL,
Both NEW ZEALAND titles were worn by Army personnel in WW2.
They appear to be the slip-on type worn on the shoulder strap.
The bullion title is typical of those made in Italy.

Ha! I was just going to say the bullion ones look like those made in Italy. Just the same as the ones made for the Polish army in Italy.
