Default A Wolverhampton Badge - Civil Defence?
A curious badge appeared amongst a job lot of insignia on eBay (some are post-war Civil Defence Corps plus some other stuff). This "A Wolverhampton" badge has some similarities with Civil Defence badges - primarily the colour - but not something I've seen before. Possibly ambulance-related at a guess. Thoughts?

Interesting and nice badge. Even more so if it is CD Ambulance in my book!
