Default More RNAS badges

I have had the badge on the right since the 80s but the one on the left is a new acquisition. Genuine or fake? I'm braced for bad news.

Hi
Your new badge is sand cast, rather than di-struck, personally i believe its a middle east period made badge, then converted to possibly a sweetheart hence the fitments on rear.
Obviously being cast many would dismiss straight away, but i like the strengthener and pin to rear and believe it a period piece.
So not all bad news.
cheers Steve
