QVC 4th Hussars is a Martin Marsh special with the hollow jewels. Fake.

The 26th Hussars is fake with the ‘fillet’ and ubiquitous J.R.Gaunt.London fake mark.

Not a clue about the cloth badge sorry.

Luke,

Would this hollow-jewelled 25th London badge also be a MMS?

Indeed it is.

I’ve never ever seen a genuine badge with hollow jewels. I strongly suspect they were all made by the same hand. Either a deliberate mistake or perhaps copying from a b/w photo where the relief of the image was not great.
