Default Tunnelers Patches

Hi Guys

I tried making a search for Tunnelers patches but came up with nothing. Has this topic been covered before ?

I am trying to identify a Tunnelers patch I have that came with a bunch of other CEF items from Canadian Medical Corps to the 72nd Battalion. All are from the same family. There was a "T" patch in the lot in red with a grey inner "T". Def not made for civilian use as it matches the manufacture of other military patches in the lot. I know that typically there was a red "T" on khaki, and black "T" on red background but it seems there is little documentation of these patches and that various Tunneling Companies may have created their own or even the individual. Anyone have any images of Canadian, British or Australian Tunnelers wearing the "T" patches. Might make an interesting thread.
